As a designer, the message is important, regardless of the medium. Design creates a more compelling visual experience and is a vital process that facilitates greater ease of function and usability. Good design can entertain as well as communicate an important message. Allison is versatile as a technical artist and is dedicated to pursuing a career in animation, (strengths are in digital lighting, compositing, and motion graphics), or user interface design/user experience. She is motivated, honest, ambitious, and inspired to produce creative work that is beautiful, useful, and improves the product and the overall experience for the user and ultimately the client.
Along with a life of design, Allison has several hobbies. While in the northern part of the U.S. Allison enjoyed cross country skiing - however living in Austin Allison has been able to replace this activity with mountain biking. She also dabbles in fashion design, painting, and has a profound interest in technology and social media. She owns a miniature dachshund named after the precious gemstone and the programming language "Ruby."
