Hello, here’s my micro story.

I’m a content design leader with 12 years of enterprise experience across payments and AI platforms. I design agentic AI systems, build design systems, and currently lead a team spanning across all 4 of Visa's product pillars. I’ve driven key programs in an organization of over 4K designers and over 100K UX-focused employees. I have a track record of measurable outcomes: speeding up design and development time by 40%, 13X thought leadership program growth, millions saved in ROI. And, I’ve been working on AI-infused products since 2017. I am a speaker, facilitator, and writer with strategic vision and hands-on craft.

Content designers are UX designers focused on meaning. Storytelling is our language. We architect the stories in experiences. Content design requires expertise in design—from discovery to definition to designing with the same tools and technical expertise as product designers and even tech teams. From there, we partner with engineering to handoff and continue the iteration cycle to continuously measure and improve product experiences.

Today, I focus on leading teams to build excellent product experiences at the enterprise scale. My job requires setting a strategy, then empowering teams to follow the strategy. And from there, it becomes about uplifting the team so they can do their best work.
